Rob Remington is a partner and career-long member of Hahn Loeser. He is the national chair of the firm’s Litigation Area and a long-standing member of the board of directors.  Rob founded the firm’s Construction Practice Group, which is recognized by Best Lawyers as a Tier 1 National Practice Group and by the Construction Executive Magazine, a respected industry publication, as a Top 50 Construction Practice Group in the United States.  For over 20 consecutive years, Rob has also been recognized as a top construction lawyer by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, and Ohio Super Lawyers. He maintains a national legal practice with a focus on complex commercial, construction and real estate litigation representing a wide range of clients, including a number of Fortune 500 clients on matters nationally.  According to Chambers USA, clients describe Rob as a “class A” trial lawyer. Rob served in the leadership of the American Bar Association, Section of Litigation for over a decade and is the former co-chair of the ABA Construction Litigation and Real Estate Litigation Committees.  Rob received his undergraduate degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, and his law degree from CSU|LAW where he was Managing Editor of the Law Review.
