Erica Lazzaro joined OverDrive in 2003, and is the company’s Executive Vice President, Publisher Services & General Counsel.  She oversees the Legal, Publisher Services, and Content Services teams. In her role she leads the teams working with OverDrive’s content suppliers, including the operational/sales relationships and the licensing of OverDrive’s products and services. Erica received a BS in Mass Communications from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio and graduated cum laude with a JD from CSU|LAW. She is admitted to practice law in Ohio, and in front of the United States Supreme Court. Erica has been a member and officer of the Gross Schechter Day School Board of Trustees since 2013, and is currently serving as its President. She is also on the boards of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland and the Jewish Education Center of Cleveland.  She lives in Moreland Hills, Ohio with her husband Anthony, a fellow CSU|LAW alum, and her son and daughter.
