Daniel A. Richards is the Managing Partner of the Ohio-based law firm Weston Hurd LLP and is a proud graduate of CSU|LAW Class of ’92, where he was co-editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Health. Dan has over 30 years of first chair trial and appellate court experience, representing businesses, hospitals, healthcare professionals, attorneys, manufacturers, construction companies, retailers, and the insurance industry throughout Ohio and all over the United States. Within the legal community, he is the treasurer of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA), former chair of OACTA’s Appellate Section, and former chair of its Medical Malpractice Section. In 2019, Dan was honored to serve as co-chair of the inaugural Ladder Down Cleveland program for women attorneys focused on leadership, business development, and mentoring.
