Ann has been practicing law since 2003 and is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, & Secretary for JOANN Stores (NASDAQ: JOAN). JOANN is the nation’s category leader in sewing, fabrics and is one of the fastest growing competitors in the arts and crafts industry. At JOANN, Ann oversees the legal, trade compliance, risk management, and ESG functions. Prior to JOANN, Ann was General Counsel at a privately held specialty food manufacturer and before that was Counsel for Eaton Corporation. Ann also practiced law in private practice at Jones Day’s Private Equity Practice Group. Ann is very active in community organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, the National Advisory Council for On Our Sleeves, and the CSU|LAW’s Board of Visitors. Ann attended John Carroll University (BA, Political Science, 1999) and Cleveland State University College of Law (JD, summa cum laude, 2003). Ann is a life-long Northeast Ohioan, currently living in Lakewood with her husband and three children.
