Colleen O’Neil is a Partner with Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, where she serves as the Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation practice group, helping clients resolve complex business disputes. Colleen has extensive experience in federal and state courts nationwide representing clients in matters involving commercial contract disputes, shareholder and corporate disputes, estate and probate matters, trade secret claims, real property disputes, municipal and public law issues, and Title VII claims. Colleen is a member of Calfee Women LEAD, the firm’s women’s affinity group. She is also a member of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Board of Visitors, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section. In addition, Colleen is a member of the Board of Directors for Magnificat High School, Board Member for the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, and a graduate of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2016.
