Brent serves as Managing Partner Buckley King and maintains an active practice representing public and privately-held companies, financial institutions, and businesses. He is nationally recognized for excellence in commercial litigation, business and corporate law, governance, banking, and finance. His business sense and trial experience combine to make a distinctive impact. Brent also represents directors and officers in business and financial transaction matters and is often retained in litigation ranging from corporate and class actions to governance, MDL, and financial matters. He has served as chair of the CSU|LAW Board of Visitors and was recently named to the Cleveland Clinic Board of Trustees. Brent continues to serve on numerous boards, including the Cleveland Institute of Music, Cleveland Ballet, and College Now Greater Cleveland.
